Understand the information behind the creative process.
An educational production can involve much more than a finished video. It may include an account, original sources, prompts, revisions, peer contributions and faculty feedback. Institutions and participants deserve a clear explanation of what is handled, for what purpose, by whom and for how long.

Cookies & Browser Storage
What is stored in your browser.
Public website
The informational pages at ImaginePlus.ai are separate from the signed-in application. Visiting these pages does not sign you into the application. The hosting service receives technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Following a link to another service brings you under that service’s notices and browser-storage practices.
Signed-in application
The application uses cookies and browser storage for authentication, preferences, and draft work. Authentication cookies support sign-in and session handling. Preferences can include the selected workspace, experience level, and time zone. Draft work saved in browser storage is associated with that browser and device.
Your browser controls
You can review, block, or clear cookies and stored site data through your browser settings. Blocking authentication cookies can prevent sign-in. Clearing browser storage can remove drafts that have not been saved to your account. Ending cohort access is separate from clearing data stored on your device.
For questions about cookies, browser storage, or the services used by your institution, contact the ImaginePlus team.
02 / Ask before sharing
Consent should be understandable.
Clarify who can view a project, whether material leaves the application for provider processing, what happens at the end of the cohort, and how questions about correction, export or deletion are handled. Faculty review, technical support and public publication involve different purposes and should have clear boundaries.
A certificate does not authorize ImaginePlus or an institution to publish a learner’s work. Public display and promotional use require a separate permission and review process.
