For institutions, educators and adult learners

Trust & Assurance

ImaginePlus brings AI-assisted creative production into an educational setting where human judgment, clear responsibilities, and the creative process matter.

Participation

Designed for adult learners

ImaginePlus is intended for participants aged 18 and older. Institutions and educators establish the learning context, assignment expectations, and permitted use of AI.

Judgment

Human judgment remains central

Learners make creative choices, and educators interpret the work and its supporting evidence in context. A record of activity does not, by itself, establish originality or learning achievement.

Access

Access and participation

The application uses signed-in accounts and organization, project, and role permissions to govern participation. Available capabilities and production allowances depend on the participant’s access and the institution’s arrangement.

01 / Information and evidence

A record of the creative process.

Depending on the enabled workflow, project records can include briefs, references, prompts and production settings, selected alternatives, revisions, reflections, feedback, and finished work. These records help educators consider how a production developed alongside the learner’s explanation.

Briefs and source material

The brief provides the purpose and expectations for the work. References and uploaded sources provide creative context, with the permissions and attribution supplied by participants.

Requests and production settings

Recorded prompts and production settings help explain how an alternative was developed. The available record depends on the workflow used and the information supplied by participants.

Selection, feedback and revision

Retained alternatives, reflections, feedback and revisions support a conversation about creative choices. Educators consider these records alongside the finished work and the learner’s explanation.

Retention, export and deletion

Agree what remains available after cohort access ends, how work can be exported, and how questions about deletion or retained assessment records are handled.

02 / Responsible use

Responsible use of AI and source material.

AI generation processes submitted instructions and relevant reference material through the providers enabled for that workflow. Participants are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for material they submit, including a person’s voice or likeness.

03 / A separate public decision

Separate permission for public use.

Assessment and public display are separate decisions. Permission to participate in learning or assessment does not automatically authorize promotional use of a learner’s work.
