Terms & Program Policies
A clear agreement makes room for learning.
The educational experience rests on shared responsibilities. Institutional program arrangements establish the purchased certificate, cohort dates, access, allowances, teaching roles and assessment process. Participants should receive the applicable terms and program requirements before their cohort begins.

Institution-supported participation
Institutions purchase the certificate programs separately from ordinary software plans and arrange participation for adult learners. ImaginePlus facilitates registration and cohort placement. Faculty determine whether prior concepts and demonstrated skills provide appropriate preparation for the selected level.
02 / Access and allowances
Access follows the agreed cohort
Included software access lasts for the approved cohort duration. The institutional quote and agreement specify dates, generation allowances, support and any separately purchased services. Eight modules do not establish an eight-week schedule. Extensions, withdrawals and changes to participation should follow the arrangements agreed with the institution.
03 / Learning and assessment
Participation and achievement have different meanings
Program fees purchase participation. A certificate is earned through successful assessment of the required work. Learners receive the approved criteria, permitted assistance, feedback and submission requirements. Authorized people make assessment and certificate decisions using the agreed reassessment and appeals process.
04 / Creative material
Identify sources, contributions and permissions
Participants should have the rights or permission needed for uploaded and used material, including another person’s work, voice or likeness. The production record should identify contributions and relevant assistance. Applicable provider terms and the intended use of generated material should be considered before distribution.
05 / Publication
Public display requires a separate choice
Assessment does not automatically publish a learner’s work. Public exhibition or promotion requires the applicable permission and review process. A decision about public display should remain separate from the academic evaluation of the work.
06 / Changes and concerns
Keep the route to a resolution visible
The institutional arrangement should state how fees, cancellations, withdrawals, technical disruption and unresolved concerns are handled. Access ending does not itself cancel an earned certificate. Record retention and verification arrangements should be established before enrollment. Contact the team or your institutional coordinator with questions about the applicable agreement.
